Pumpernickel

Our Pumpernickel bread is our rendition of a traditional Germain-style bread. It’s light and soft in texture. It’s flavor is slightly sweet with notes of maple, molasses, and caraway seed.
It makes a delicious breakfast or lunch Panini.

Ingredients:
white rice flour, millet, brown rice flour, gluten free oat flour, cornstarch, tapioca flour, xanthan gum, distilled water, farm raised eggs, clarified butter, organic maple syrup, unsulfured molasses, organic balsamic vinegar, dry active yeast, aluminum-free baking powder, organic cocoa powder, kosher salt, organic caraway seeds, non-gmo sunflower oil spray
