HOW LEVEN CAME TO BE
Leven Baking Company was born in 2016 out of necessity and refusing to settle for subpar food. After finding out he had a gluten and dairy intolerance, our founder set out to find out how those like him and others who prefer to forgo gluten could continue to enjoy delicious baked goods without compromise on taste or quality. While we couldn’t take out all the calories (believe me, we’ve tried), we took out the gluten, preservatives, wheat, lactose, soy and all other artificial ingredients. We’re dedicated in bringing you wholesome indulgence without sacrificing your bread and pastry desires.
